Position: Moulder Operator
Job description:
Under the supervision of the foreman, the operator’s role is to assist and actively participate in the smooth running of the workstation in order to maximize productivity in complete safety.
Job description:
- Prepare the moulder by adjusting the setup
- Adjust machine as needed
- Check dimensions before moulding
- Check the quality of mouldings produced
- Maintain machinery in collaboration with team leader
- Filling in production and quality sheets
Abilities :
- Be in good physical condition
- Minimum experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in woodworking (an asset)
- Be autonomous and know how to manage priorities
- Good learning skills
Qualities :
- Be punctual
- Behave safely at all times
- Demonstrate rigor
- Concern for a job well done
- Demonstrate integrity

Position: Forming machine operator
Job description:
Under the supervision of the foreman, the operator’s role is to assist and actively participate in the smooth running of the workstation in order to maximize productivity in complete safety.
Job description:
- Set up the machine with the setup for the orders to be produced
- Adjust the rollformer as required
- Cleaning the workplace
- Control the quality of components produced
- Maintain the machine in collaboration with the team leader
- Fill in production and quality sheets
Abilities :

- Minimum experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in woodworking (an asset)
- Be autonomous and know how to manage priorities

Job description:
Under the supervision of the foreman, the labourer’s role is to assist and actively participate in the smooth running of the workstation in order to maximize productivity in complete safety.
Job description:
- Assist all molding manufacturing departments
- Help produce mouldings and other products
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Assist machinery operators
- Perform all other related tasks
Abilities :
- Be in good physical condition
- Minimum experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in woodworking (an asset)
- Be autonomous and know how to manage priorities
- Good learning skills
